If you live in the UAE, you must submit a copy of your passport, a copy of your residential visa, a valid UAE driving license, and a copy of your Emirates ID. Besides, if you are a tourist visiting the UAE, you must bring your passport, visit visa, home country driving license, and international driving permit (IDP). Passport holders from the GCC, the US, the UK, Canada, and a few other countries can drive in the UAE using their home country’s license. For a small charge, we will send and collect vehicles right to your doorstep. This service is subject to our drivers’ availability and must be scheduled ahead of time. Alternatively, we will arrange for a driver to pick you up from a nearby metro station and transport you to our branch at no cost.
Clients can pay for their rent in cash, by bank transfer, or by credit card. All rentals, however, require the placement of a credit card on file as cover. Debit cards are ineffective as a form of security. For deposit charges, we usually advise customers to use their credit cards from their home country. After the car is returned, the deposit refund can easily find its way home in this manner.
For reservations, you can meet a cancellation fee if the reservation is deleted before you take the car. All cancellation requests must be made directly with the company.
Customers are not required to sanitize their rented cars at the end of the rental contract. But they have to return it as clean as they rented. “Extra Cleaning Charges will applied on dirty car returning”. We perform full car wash and steam sanitization after each rental contract end.
